Sydney grew up in Smithfield, Virginia, and moved to Jacksonville at 12, quickly falling in love with its ?small town, big city? charm. Having lived in nearly every corner of Northeast Florida, she brings valuable firsthand insight into the area's best neighborhoods and hidden gems.

Her background in sales management, facility sustainment, and analysis for the U.S. Navy built a strong foundation for her career in real estate, but helping others has always been at the heart of who she is. Sydney is especially passionate about serving children and supporting active-duty service members, veterans, and their families.
